(Synopsis) Long ago, in the ancient times of the pre-feudal era, the soldiers of China attempted an invasion of Japan, and the demons of China followed them. Hyouga, Menomura's father, from China, and Inuyasha's father, from Japan, fought a long battle, creating massive winds which echoed across the battlefield. In the end, Inuyasha's father won, and the army of Hyouga fled, defeated, back to China...

Now Menomura has come to seek revenge on Inuyasha. With the power of his family passed down from generation to generation by means of a powerful ritual, and with his power growing stronger with each generation, Menomura has all the power he needs to seek revenge on Inuyasha.
