Yes, all titles we carry are in the DVD format. We do not sell VCDs of any kind.

Are The DVDs New?

All dvds are new and factory pressed/shrinkwrapped. We do not sell used titles to our customers!

What Is The Region Coding For The DVDs?

Unless otherwise specified, all DVDs are Region-0/Region-All and NTSC format.

Do The DVDs Contain English Subtitles? What Languages Are Being Spoken?

The majority of titles we carry contain English subtitles. For the select few that do not, it is indicated by a "(NO SUBTITLES)" under the movie name. Depending on the title, languages range from Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to English, Japanese, Korean, and Thai. Some titles are dubbed in English, so please view the product's information page for further details.

Is Title 'ABC' In stock?

We utilize a real-time inventory tracking system and we strive to provide 100% accuracy on our inventory. If you see a BUY-IT-NOW or ADD-TO-CART button, that means we have the requested title in stock and ready for shipment. Once you CHECKOUT and CONFIRM an order, the title is taken out of inventory and held for your order. Subsequently, if you ordered the last copy of the title we currently have in stock then the product information page will show no stock when you view it after your order.

We strive to carry as many titles as possible, especially on newer titles. But due to the sheer volume of Asian movies available, it is impossible to stock every title. What Countries Do You Ship To?
We ship internationally to any country that accepts AIRMAIL. Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are counted and charged at domestic S&H rates and are sent via Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Contact us if you are unsure whether we deliver to your country or not.
We do not ship to the following countries: Russia, Indonesia.
Do You Offer Insurance For Packages?
Yes, we offer insurance as an optional service for shipped packages. You can select insurance during checkout.
Do I have To Pay Customs Duties/Taxes On International Orders?
This varies country to country and depends on your customs and what value is on the package before duties/taxes are charged. We mark all packages as GIFT and include an invoice inside the package. What Is the CVV Number From My Credit Card?
For Mastercard/Visa, it's on the back of the card and is the last 3-digits after the card number. American Express, it's on the front of the card and is 4 digits, usually on the upper right-hand side. There is no CVV for Discover Card. Please refer to the image below.

Yes, but only if your order has not been shipped. Your order total will be adjusted accordingly if you need to cancel items.

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders are usually shipped within 12 - 24 hours of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends. If there are any delays, we will contact you via e-mail. As a general rule of thumb, domestic US shipments will take anywhere from 2-5 business days. International orders will be sent via Air Mail, which normally takes 4-10 business days. Since packages are not sent via EMS (Express Mail), there is no set/guaranteed delivery time. Unless otherwise specified, all shipments are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and delivery timeframes are based on their standard/average delivery service levels.

Expiration Date or CVV updates/corrections can be e-mailed to us. Please do not e-mail credit card numbers. Check your e-mail order update or order status from the website for further information.
- Processing - One or more notes concerning your order. You should have received an e-mail update on it. This will usually be an address confirmation or check. Or, to confirm that you are ordering multiple copies of a particular title. Please read and respond to these e-mails accordingly. Otherwise, your order might be delayed until we hear from you.
- Processing Payment [PayPal IPN] - Awaiting verification that your funds have been paid and completed via the Paypal system.
- RMA Approved - The RMA for your order has been approved by us and pending. These take about 1-3 days to process and notify you. Whether that might be sending a replacement disc, incorrect title shipped, etc. A e-mail update will be sent to you when your RMA has been PROCESSED (read below).
- RMA Processed (Completed) - The RMA for your order has been completed. Please read your order history or e-mail update for more details.
- Shipped - Your order has been packaged and shipped in its entirety. A tracking number (Delivery Confirmation) is available for Domestic customers.
  This can be checked on the US Postal Service website (http://www.usps.com). Please refer to the shipping section for more information on tracking the package and transit times.
  [DELIVERY TIMES - USA] Packages/Orders can be expected to be received within 2-4 days. Please reference the tracking number in your shipment e-mail for any updates.
  [DELIVERY TIMES - International] Packages/Orders have an average time frame of 4-10 business days. AIRMAIL packages do not have a tracking number.

Returns/RMA/Refund Policy
- If there is a problem with your order (wrong item(s) received, non-working/loading disc, etc), please notify us within 30-days of the order or within 14 days of receipt of the package, whichever is earliest.
- Open items cannot be returned unless it is defective. They can only be exchanged for the same title if there are problems with the disc playing in your machine. All other returns will not be honored.
- Due to the varying nature of the many DVD players available on the market, we do ask that you try the DVD on at least one (1) other player before asking for an exchange. This is because some discs are more compatible in some brands of machines than others.
- Please note all return shipping costs for replacements are incurred by you (the customer). We only pay postage/S&H one way (being shipped to customer) and customer pays postage for item(s) being returned to us.
- If you do need to return a disc to us for an exchange then please use the RMA/Returns form below. We will contact you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Please, DO NOT send a disc back to us without having filled in the RMA form and receiving prior approval. We will not process any returns without prior authorization.
  - If you wish to return your order for a refund (items must be UNOPENED) in the event that you ordered the wrong title(s) or do not wish to keep your order, then please fill out the RMA form and await approval from us.
    - There is a $2 per title restocking fee for all returned orders.
    - Shipping fees from orders are not refundable and will not be refunded.
    - Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
  Once approval is received, you must mail the items/package back to us securely via the carrier of your choice. Once the package is received, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
